The kids moved so fast today that I wasn't able to catch too many pictures, but I did manage to get one of them both (yes, Connor is wearing a cape)

Chris' time with the kids in their first 10 miler. How'd he get them to sit in the stroller so long? They got a gummy worm after every mile - thanks Grandpa Jim ;)
